From these vibrant paintings came the story, as the characters came to life the adventures began that would create the book "Colorful Journeys Into A New World."

The art came first, it inspired the story that would bring these colorful visions to life for readers of all ages.

The Author

For nearly a half century,
The EarthLinkks and I have shared a beautiful woodland
in the remote hills of Northern California. My wife and I built our house without electricity or an access road, which created ‘many exciting and unexpected adventures’. I worked as a carpenter, and later became a water developer specializing in horizontal drilling of spring water sources and in dowsing for deep water supplies for vertical drilling rigs. Our garden was often visited by a large guardian owl, shown in the photo, on the right who is featured in both my art and in this story.
